Imperial did a great job of organising a trek to suite me. They were happy to go with just me. They were also happy to make the schedule to suite me which was travelling to Pokhara directly by road from India.
My guide Shiva was excellent. We got on very well. As an older solo woman traveller Shiva showed me a lot of respect. He made sure I was well fed and looked after me with fresh fruit every night after dinner. He encouraged me to keep going when I was struggling and he made sure I was settled into my accommodation each night.
It is not an easy trek as there are lots of ups and down, and lots of steps. I walked 160ks over the 9 days of the trek. A long trek but doable by anyone with reasonable fitness even at my age of 61. And we did make it Annapurna Base Camp. Shiva also made sure he got me back to Pokhara even after I contracted a chest infection after having a cold in the mountains. He carried some very good cold drugs to get me through the last 3 days while I was sick.
The accommodation on the way was fine and I only shared once and that was because we couldn't stay at ABC due to wind damage earlier in the year so everybody was staying at MBC. The food was always very good at all the places we stayed at or stopped for lunch.
I can highly recommended this trek and Shiva as a guide.

Our trek tour was over a week and we managed to see beautiful views throughout our hikes. If you're new to hiking in the Himalayas then I highly recommend going with Imperial Nepal Treks as you feel safe in their hands, especially due to the altitude its a great way to travel. Our trek was moderately hard and I believe anyone can do this trek as you followed paths the whole time. Ask your trek guide about the hot springs and order the Dhal Bhat to enjoy an authentic Nepalese meal!

12-Day Annapurna Base Camp Trek; Best value and great experience! - June 2016
We had an amazing time trekking to ABC! We booked with Ram as he had offered us the best value. Itineraries can be customized with a lot of flexibility; we had ours done to include paragliding and flying (instead of bus) to and from Pokhara.
Everything was smooth and well organised from the minute we arrived at Kathmandu Airport till we departed. The lodges/tea houses along our trek were decent and clean, and well above our expectation of accommodation in the outdoors. We ate like kings everyday, all lodges serve typically the same variety but really large portions. We even had a fruit platter after each day's dinner which was contributed by our porters carrying the fruits up themselves the strenuous ABC trek!
Our experienced guide, Mani, though a little shy, will not hesitate to share his knowledge during our daily conversations. He was attentive and along with the porters, took very good care of us down to the smallest details during our trek.
Nepal is a very beautiful country with breathtaking views of the Himalayas especially nearing the base camp. We had an incredible trekking experience and can't wait to be back.

Budget Annapurna Base Camp Trek - April 2016
I booked my trek through their website. They took care of everything from picking me up at the Kathmandu airport to dropping me off at the end of my trip. Hotels were booked and bus tickets arranged. My guide took care of everything during the trek, except for the clouds at ABC! He managed rooms and meals along the way, and arranged for a fruit plate after each meal. The only thing I could have asked for was more time to take a longer trek. The price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend using Imperial Nepal Trekking if you are in Nepal.

Awesomely managed my trek to Annapurna - January 3 2014
I was placed in contact with Imperial Trekking Nepal. They organized everything in a complete package that included a wonderful guide, Ram Bhutta, all transportation costs, meals, accommodation and tea! The cost of my packages to the Annapurna Sanctuary and the Everest region were very reasonable, especially when compared to tour packages organized from Australia. Furthermore our itinerary was flexible as we were able to change plans midway through one of our treks. I cannot overemphasize the value of a guide on these treks, literally having one can save your life if you become unwell at high altitudes, as someone who knows the terrain is looking out for you.
The Annapurna Sanctuary was a far harder trek. Lots of ups and downs. So make sure you’re fit. The fantastic food from this area makes the pain worthwhile. Everest is a visual feast but sadly the food is flown in from Kathmandu. When I come back I’ll stick to pasta.
