My friends and I did a 7 day trip along the Annapurna circuit. Our guide Dinesh was incredible, he made the trip fun and memorable. He was well versed in navigation which reassured any hesitations that we may have had beforehand. We trekked at the beginning of monsoon season and Dinesh prepared us for encountering leeches, because we were most nervous about that. He always made sure that he ordered food to our liking and he taught us some Nepalese card games.
As a company, Imperial Nepal was great. We never had to wait on accommodation or food. We were able to add rafting at the Trisuli River Resort and a city tour of the highlights in Kathmandu. They also provided down jackets for the Poon Hill trek on our final days.
Overall, this was one of the most memorable trips of my life and I would book it again.

Heading west from here, we arrive at the final destination of our Annapurna Base Camp Trek Nepal which was once a site of British Expedition in the year 1970 AD. The final point of our destination is full of mind blowing views around as Annapurna South is so close and is dazzling right in front of us. The Annapurna Sanctuary would present you a complete 360-degree panorama of the Annapurna Ranges with Annapurna south, Annapurna I, Hiunchuli, Machhapuchhre and many others. We stay overnight here. Your accommodation would be in a tourist standard hotel as before where breakfast is included within our budget and other meals will be counted on your own expenses.
From Pokhara, we can take a short flight back to Kathmandu. You will be taken to the hotel you've stayed in before (unless changed). As this is the last day, we enjoy the farewell dinner in a typical Nepali restaurant with live music and rejoice in the moments.

- To prepare for a strenuous trek you should begin training at least two to three months before your departure. As a guideline, an hour of aerobic exercise three to four times per week would be considered a minimum requirement. The best preparation is bushwalking involving relatively steep ascents and descents. If you can manage a couple of valley floor to ridgeline ascents per comfortable and able to enjoy the trek to the fullest. They are physically strong, sharp-witted and have an incredibly positive attitude towards a life that we would consider extremely tough. There is something about a trek in the Himalaya that draws you back time and time again. For keen walkers it is a paradise and even avowed non-walkers find that one foot just seems to follow the other, drawn by the appeal of what lies beyond.

2 WEEKS ANNAPURNA CIRCUIT TREKKING Oct 2023 • Family
Successfully did 2 weeks Annapurna circuit trekking along with my daughter and Guide Mani.
It was amazing experience. The guide was so good that he planned everything at micro level and executed flawlessly. He guided us through difficult terrains, harsh weather conditions, especially in Thorong La pass and instilled confidence when we felt weak. He took care of our food and accommodation also very well. Will go again to other adventurous hikes with him. I can definitely vouch for him!
Trekking to ABC is as easy as abc with Imperial Nepal Nov 2023 • Friends
We did the ABC trek on a 12 day package from Kathmandu with Imperial Nepal.
It was a meet and greet by the boss Paras when we arrived at TIA. We stayed at Thamel which was very close to the eateries and shopping. The next day the eight of us went for a city tour organised by Imperial and were treated to a welcome dinner.
We flew to Pokhara on the 3rd day, was abit chaotic at the domestic terminal but our guide Shiva Lamsal was on hand to ensure that we got through security and into the waiting lounge swiftly. We met our porters on arrival and were whisked away to the start of our trek at Phedi.
The next 6 days was the climb upwards to ABC and Shiva will brief us every night and again in the morning on the day's arrangements. Aside from his official duties, he also had a good sense of humour and he made the tedious trek alot more fun and informative. We were all very pleased with the choice of guest houses, except for Himalaya and above, we always had ensuite bathrooms and more importantly, power points for our devices. Helped us saved quite abit. Shiva was also helpful in getting us upgrades like on the bus from Pokhara to Kathmandu.
Overall it was a great experience with Imperial Trek, Paras, Shiva and Ramchandra (our porter) for being attentive, arranging the stay at good guest houses and always having a smile on their faces. Although we just got back, I've already bought my next ticket to Kathmandu and had reached out to Paras/ Shiva for another trekking adventure with Imperial Nepal in 2024.
Excellent Service and Amazing Experience to ABC Nov 2023 • Friends
Had a great experience with Imperial Nepal which was highly recommended by a friend who did both ABC and EBC trek with them. Paras was really helpful to provide us all the information we needed prior the trip and he came multiple times to meet us in Kathmandu to ensure that all are in order. He even made an extra effort to bring forward the farewell dinner and bought a cake to celebrate 1 of our friend's birthday. Such sweet gesture.
We were indeed very happy with their services. Shiva, our guide will brief us every night on the next day's arrangements and answer our questions if any. Without him and the 4 porters, Ram, Bisal, Sujan and Susil, we wouldn't have made it to the base camp. It was an amazing experience with Shiva pointed out some interesting discoveries along the trek.
Thank you Imperial Trek, Paras & team for making our trip so pleasant. Will highly recommend those who are looking for a good agent!
Annapurna Base Camp excursion Dec 2023 • Friends
Overall very satisfied with the services rendered. Friendly, accommodative and informative. Our guide, Shiva Lamsal, is extremely nice and friendly. So are our 4 porters as well. Lastly, thanks to Paras as well for helping us to make this trip a dream come true.
A well organized trek Sep 2023 • Solo
I completed the Annapurna base camp trek with Imperial Nepal in September/October 2023. Shiva worked as my guide and Bharat worked as the porter. Both of them were very helpful. It was a well organized trek and I am happy with the service provided by Imperial.
Our second trek with Imperial Nepal! May 2023 • Friends
Our trek up to Annapurna Base Camp was our second trek organised through Imperial Nepal and again we were extremely satisfied with both the experience of the trip and the professionalism and helpfulness of Paras! Due to time constraints we needed a trek tailored to our time and Paras was so helpful in accommodating us. Everything was organised from start to end and ran seamlessly with no surprises. We were lucky enough to have our guide from our previous EBC trek, Gautem and he really made it for us. His knowledge, friendly attitude and sheer amount of energy really made the trip for us! On big memorable experiences like this, into places like the Himalayas you really do need to choose a company with experience and on the ground knowledge, contacts and networks. Imperial Nepal is just that company. We are already planning our next Himalayan adventure for 2025!
A truly professional and hugely exciting trip May 2023 • Friends
Myself and two friends did Annapurna Base Camp (ABC), with Imperial and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Paras organised everything perfect before, during and even after our trek. The transport, accommodation and guidance was all exceptionally well put together. A huge and special thanks to Gautem, our guide, who incidentally was the guide for my two friends to EBC pre-Covid, was superb. A true professional and someone we all got to know and like immensely. I would definitely recommend and am already planning my next trip to Nepal in which I will undoubtedly be using Imperial again. 5 stars.

Excellent trekking up to ABC Oct 2019 • Couples
We went trekking up to Poon hill and ABC under guidance of Imperial Nepal. They did not disappoint. From initial organising of the whole trek by Mr Ram Regmi to the execution by the very able and charismatic guide Sujan with his team of assistant guide Gautam and porters Suman , Api ,Roman ,Kaka. The whole team was v v humble , helpful and sincere. The trek was quite tasking especially to the older ones. Ours was a family group and one extra who joined our group. The group soon divided into 2 - the more fit youngsters in their 20s who would finish about an hour before us each day . The over 50s braved on valiantly , and I am thankful , without any mishaps. The trek has marvellous views , stunning. The cherry on the cake was unwinding and relaxing our sore muscles in the hot springs at Jhinu Danda. Guide Sujan managed both his team of porters and us v well and with respect. He is a v humble person . He never said a cross word , waited patiently and encouragingly for the slow ones ( I was one ) with always an encouraging word. Always tended to our meals and needs at the tea houses with attention to detail. The sense of achievement at the end of the trip is great. Us three siblings got together after a v long time and accomplished this wonderful , fulfilling trek.

My 18 day trek to Everest Base Camp included the magnificent Gokyo Lakes and the very famous Chola Pass. Our incredibly experienced, fun, friendly guide, Hari, knew every single mountain peak, every trail, every teahouse and almost every guide and porter that we passed knew our Hari! Every step we took was under the watchful eye of Hari, helping us negotiate trails that were covered in snow and ice. He was truly the best guide you could ever wish for. We encountered some unexpected and unprecedented weather conditions that added some extra challenges to our trek, but Hari never wavered in his positivity and confidence in us to get over The Pass and onto Everest Base Camp.
We were a small group of 3 trekkers, I am a very inexperienced trekker but never once felt I would not achieve my dream of reaching Everest Base Camp because Hari was our voice of positivity and always encouraging us that our dream was possible. Our amazing porters Ghobinda and Prashanta were so patient, unbelievably fit and the most kind and happy porters you could ever have. In many areas of the trek where we needed extra help, they would both come back after dropping our heavy bags off, and help us navigate our way safely until I was capable of letting go of their hand. WE DID IT!! THANKYOU SO MUCH HARI, GHOBINDA AND PRASHANTA.

Excellent service! Great guides. Highly recommended! - December 2018
Imperial Nepal arranged our 14-day trip that included 9 days of trekking to Annapurna Base Camp. From Kathmandu Airport pickup to Airport drop-off, everything was handled by them. We had great hotels in Kathmandu and Pokhara, reliable transport and best of all the great guides Mani and Shiva on the trek. They took care of the stays, the meals, helping us on the way if we needed help. Great atttitude! Very friendly. Weather turned out to be very nice too. Spectacular views, great places to stay. Would love to do another Himalaya trek again. And will definitely chose Imperial Nepal.

A memorable trek to ABC - Thanks to Imperial Nepal! - November 2018
We did the 14-day Annapurna Base camp trek/trip in Late Sept-Early Oct.
Ram took care of all the arrangements and I sincerely thank him for everything. it was perfect. We were 10 in our group and the two guides - Mani and Shiva. They were with us from Kathmandu to Pokhara, on the trek and back till Kathmandu. Took care of all the hotels, flights, transport, breakfasts, lunches, dinners and virtually everything along the way so that we can enjoy the hike. Of course, the trek itself is beautiful. We live in Oregon, USA and have our own share of greenery and waterfalls, but what we saw during the 9-days of ABC trekking dwarfed all that. The beautiful green lush valleys, abundant waterfalls, suspension bridges, snow-capped mountains and nice little places to stay along the way, it was a blissful experience. Mani, Shiva and all the porters we had were excellent and very helpful all along the way. When one of our members struggled, they would help carry the backpack. A couple of folks had to drop out due to health reasons, so Mani stayed to help them get back to Pokhara, while Shiva took rest of us forward. Mani joined back a day later. They managed all such deviations with ease. When we told them that we would like shorter lunch breaks, they would call ahead or have a porter run ahead to pre-order our lunches. All the places we stayed were neat and clean. The rooms/dorms at times were smaller than expected, but we soon found out the reservations along the trek guarantees a bed to sleep, but does not guarantee a specific type of room. At one place, we had reserved 4 rooms for 2 couples and 3 singles, but we had to adjust with two dorm-style rooms as another group wanted a place to stay and did not earlier had a reservation. Once we figured out that the reservations were more 'fluid' than we thought, we also made a change to one of our destination so that we distribute our trekking time more evenly. Mani gladly took care of the change. We loved the friendly spirit of all the fellow trekkers, porters, guides and everyone we met along the way. Weather cooperated with us well too. Perfect weather during out time on the trek. ABC sunrise views were fabulous. Overall the trip was great!! Thanks again to our great guides - Mani and Shiva.

The experience of our lives - May 2018
My wife and I had always talked about how much we would love to explore the Himalayas and to be able to trek surrounded by some of the most stunning views in the world. Thanks to Imperial Nepal Treks our dream came true last month. From the first days in Kathmandu, including the full day private tour of the city to the hotels in the main cities (Kathmandu and Pokhara) everything was seamless. The best part of our trip was undoubtedly the 9-day trek to Poon Hill and Annapurna Base Camp, including all the aspects of it (the route, guide and porter, the food, and the teahouses). Thank you very much to Paras for organising this trip for us and for assisting us and solving all the problems we had in such an effective way. Special thanks to our trekking guide Babu and our porter Gautam, who made our trek a once in a lifetime experience. I would recommend this company to anyone and I will surely use it again on my future trips to Nepal

ABC Trek Taking the Poon Hill Route - April 2018
The manager Paras set up a custom trip to ABC base camp. It was an unbelievable experience if you love being in nature. I’m very fit and my guide Nimral Thapa was happy to push the pace with me. He always made sure I had a good room and full belly. Make sure you are prepared with the proper clothing. Bring a sleeping bag and pillow case and accept the fact that hot showers are unlikely and the washrooms are not always clean. If you get over that you’ll have an amazing time. Jungle, mountains, fresh air, great people!

Excellent guide and porters for ABC trek - April 2018
We have just finished the Annapurna Base Camp trek with Imperial Nepal. Our guide Hari and our porters Gautam and Shiresh were excellent, very friendly young men with good English. The looked after us very well, staying with us and supporting us as we trekked, and making sure our meals and accommodation were sorted each day. We chatted a lot to the 2 porters Gautam and Shiresh and they were very knowledgeable about the mountains, the areas we visited and Nepal in general. It was lovely to share stories with them, and I’m sure they will make excellent guides as well.

Awesome Nepal!-September 2017
Imperial trekking is really helpful! I didn't have a fix date yet and planned to go on November(informed Paras from Imperial around July), and when suddenly I changed date to less than a week before i go eqrly Sept, Imperial can still made it fine.
Furthermore, the guide, Sudip is really helpful, he help guiding me through the trekking. Too bad I cant complete the ABC as I fell sick, but it's still an awesome exprience with awesome tour company!
Really recommend Paras&Sudip!

ABC Trek - May 2017
When looking at holiday destinations we knew we wanted to experience culture and adventure with a bit of a challenge thrown in.
Our choice to go to Nepal and trek Annapurna Base Camp was an easy one and choosing Imperial Nepal Treks helped make it one of the best experiences and holiday of our lives.
From the moment we enquired online with Paras, to our online booking and arriving in Nepal 8 months later we had received great advice, service and attention.
Our 14 day Annapurna Base Camp itinerary had been arranged to suit our personal requests and suited us perfectly. We also included an overnight Nargakot hike which was a great introduction to Nepal and got our hiking legs ready for ABC.
We chose to fly to Pokhara in preparation for our trek and were happy to catch the bus back to Kathmandu afterwards.
Wonderful weather, great food and our informative, friendly and fun guide Chandra and porter Ramzi made our trip so enjoyable. Their support and individual attention was so helpful and appreciated. We were looked after so well.
Thank you Imperial Nepal Treks for the wonderful memories.

We had a great time!” - Jaunary 2017
We chose imperial Nepal treks due to the great reviews here on trip advisor and im so happy we stuck with our decision! They met all our expectations - my boyfriend and I did the ABC trek with a porter and our guide Nirmal. He was super friendly, easy going and amazingly knowledgable! He was very flexible and helped us adjust our plans as we wished. His endless positivity was a huge help for us as we were trekking. Great local restaurants were chosen by him for us to eat at and they never disappointed us. Paras, the boss of imperial treks was also helpful throughout the planning of our trek. Everything was well organised and went smoothly! Thank you so much for everything Nirmal and Paras!

“Amazing winter trek - ABC” - January 2017
We had an amazing trek to ABC located amidst mindblowing scenery and super-friendly people.
Our guide KC and porter were very supportive and kept adjusting the plan to suit us. They went out of their way to make us comfortable on the trek and we will always be grateful to them for that. We also learnt a little Nepalese from them and it was fun :)
The staff at Imperial Nepal were so helpful right from the start. They handled the booking and the trip professionally and we could always rely on them to provide us with valuable information while planning the trip. We were looked after so well and I will fully recommend Imperial Nepal to anyone who is visiting Nepal.
Thank you for making our Nepal trip amazing. We will be back soon :)

“Annapurna Base Camp - Dec 2016” - January 2017
"A little bit up, a little bit down... mostly flat" (well not quite).
Firstly - the staff at Imperial Nepal are brilliant.
Paras took care of all the details of the trip from the time we arrived to the time we got on the van back to the airport.
Our guide Sujan was considerate and encouraging - kept us on track and on time to ABC despite our various illnesses.
The porters - Sudip, Prakash and Depok were perpetually cheerful and willing to share their language and culture.
Early winter is one of the best times to do the walk - few people on the trail, lots of room at the tea houses and temperatures are pretty comfortable (high teens during day and a little below freezing at night - depending on altitude).
Note: the walk involves a several (thousand) stairs. However the views along the way and at ABC more than make up for the effort.
Overall an excellent walk and I highly recommend the guys at Imperial Nepal.

“ ABC, a memorable trek”- October 2016
I was supposed to to EBC last year but last min mother nature threw in a quake and I could not do it. Ram was very kind to allow me reuse the advance I had paid and this year I went to do EBC. But this time bad weather prevented any flights to EBC so thanks to Ram and Mani last min we changed it to ABC. ABC was just amazing out of the world experience for me which was enhanced by my capable compatriots Mani and Sudeep, Infact I have 2 daughters one Mani's age and another Sudeep's age. So perfectly fit in as a family and they took good care of the old man that is me :-). As all old cranky codgers I took my tile to get ready, walked slowly and complained often about my gas problem, prostrate, weak knees .. endless but poor Mani took it all and kept me going. I really appreciate his patience. What I most liked about him was he was always right behind me to help me when I lost my footing but he never advised me how to hike, That is the best part so he was never a nag but a patient guide. Sudeep the kid was amazingly strong and I have promised him next time I shall not bring half of my wardrobe :-). We danced, palyed cards and exchanged philosophical musings all the 10 days. I miss Annapurna my compatriots Mani, Sudeep and ofcourse their chief Ram,
"Great track through Annapurna region”-October 2016
We had a great 8 day track in the Annapurna region. We also was some days in the Chitwan National Park. Everything was well organized by Imerpial Nepal Private Tours. It was perfect from the first till the last day. The perfect thing for us was, that it was possible to get an indviduel planed Tour. If we will come back to Nepal, we will definitly plan our stay with Imperial Nepal Private Day Tours again.

Amazing Trip To Annaurna - May 2016
Our trip to Nepal will be something my girlfriend and I will remember for the rest of our lives, and a big part of this was thanks to the guys at Imperial Nepal Treks and the jewel in their crown, our guide Hari.
Despite my reservations about booking with the first people we talked to about visiting Annapurna base camp, it was the best decision we made. Ram and Parash managed to sort everything out for us, from quite literally the last seats on a coach to Pokhara (which were fully booked by people returning home from Dashain, the biggest festival of the year for Nepal) our accommodation when we got there, our amazing guide and everything in between.
The thing that really made it for us was having Hari as our guide. Hari will work tirelessly to make sure everything is right for you: booking forward whilst walking to get you a room in teahouses on the trek (a difficult task during high season); bringing you fresh fruit to eat (he even insisted on climbing a tree to get us some limes to try); to simply being the best guide to this incredible country and the kind, beautiful people that live there.
If you only need one reason to use Imperial Nepal as the company to organise your trek for you, then Hari is it.
Go visit Nepal, if you love mountains as much as I do you’ll never forget it and Imperial Nepal Treks are the guys to show you what I mean.

Very well organised and good value - March 2016
I organised my trek through imperial nepal from the uk. I can say that I'm very glad I did. I was met at the airport in Kathmandu and brought to a good hotel in Thamel by private car. I was met by Ram at the hotel who explained the trip in detail to me and what the plan was for the next few weeks. Ram even took me to get a simcard In my phone which cost in total npr 1700 for 3gb of data which kept me in contact with home for all of my time in nepal. I stayed in the best rooms in Kathmandu and Pockara. Before the trek I met Sujan my guide before the trek we had dinner in Kathmandu to enjoy some Nepali food and traditional dancing we also had time to discuss the trek. I went to ABC I had Sujan as my guide and a porter in adition. I was served fresh fruit every day all meals and coffee tea was paid for I could choose anything from the menus on the treks I was served by Sujan very, very well. I chose to drive back to kathmandu by private car which was also very good after the trek. I can not say enough good things. Everything was well organised and paid for there were no hidden charges. Ram is very good at organising custom trips. Sujan my guide was top class my porter was strong and pleasant. I was made to feel special by imperial nepal and they made my trip to Nepal organised and structured but with the ability to adapt and do other things when I wanted. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

ABC 14 Days
My son and I trekked to ABC in October. Imperial Nepal is a local Nepalese company and we were glad to support the locals with our business. Imperial Nepal were very friendly and bent over backwards to ensure we were happy with our experience and had everything we needed. The guide was very friendly and informative and did everything he could to ensure we were more than satisfied with his service.
We were in Nepal when problems arose that were out of the control of the tour company. It was reassuring to have the professional experience and the local knowledge of our tour guide and Imperial Nepal Treks to smooth out any problems and ensure we didn't have to worry about overcoming such problems.
Yes, it is possible to trek ABC on your own. However, you would miss out on a great deal of interesting information and history by doing it without a local guide. ..... a little like walking around the Louvre in Paris without a guide to tell you about the works of art. The guide is also useful in communicating for you with the locals if required and ensuring accommodation in busy times when beds may be in short supply.
We found the scenery spectacular and the service provided by Imperial Nepal to be spectacular also. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone interested in doing any trek in Nepal to do it with Imperial Nepal. They are committed to customer satisfaction and will leave you with an experience to remember fondly.

I did the Annapurna base camp trek with Dinesh Khanal as a guide . The whole experience from beggining to end was amazing and i highly reccomend both Imperial as a company and Dinesh as a guide . Along with the breath taking views and occasionally challenging terrain was the comfort of having a knowledgeable guide to make life easy . Great trip .
